During a product redesign process I created these scenario flows for the business to sign off on. Each scenario was devised from a persona that had been created to represent our intended market. The goals of the user in their everyday jobs were extended to use cases and then these longer scenarios. Once the business approved these I created wireflows to establish interaction and then moved on to designing wireframes and the prototype.
